Who am I?
My name is Tessa Judge, and I am studying Graphic Design and Business at Iowa State University. As a lifelong learner, I find joy in helping others and learning from others. Passion, hard work, and intentionality have guided me to become who I am today. Growing up in Minnesota, I learned the significance of relationships, connection, and serving others, along with the ability to thrive in all conditions (think extremely cold winters).
Why do I love design?
To me, being a designer isn’t just a profession. It’s an opportunity to tell a story, connect with people, and gain a stronger understanding of our world. Storytelling allows us to captivate an audience, create an experience, and embrace limits. Connection is one of the greatest joys in my life. Our world is constantly changing, but how incredible is it that design is a chance to draw together ideas and inspiration to help people connect? Understanding leads to functionality, which opens the door to creativity. In the realm of design, I am driven by my pursuit of storytelling, attention to detail, creating connections, and transforming inspiration into reality.
